Thumbs up for CJP or SC

I am stating nothing but facts rather hard facts with no personal gains whatsoever and also I am writing it at my own to be honest.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Muhamamd Iftikhar Chaudhry has undoubtedly taken initiative at his own on different counts whereby lot of people have benefitted over the period of time which as such is most commendable and he has really won the hearts of many who had suffered immensely for no reason and rhyme. Just yesterday only he has preside a bench of three judges and heard the case about transgender wherein they have complained that they are not only being discriminated and humiliated but also deprived of some fundamental rights and liberties which their other compatriots are enjoying. CJ in his order has very clearly spelled out that they are to be treated at equal footing and they are entitled to all the liberties and opportunities which other Pakistanis are enjoying. He in his order has said that they cannot be denied the right of education and or employment.

Regretfully I have myself noted it down for many decades that these people are not given any respect by the people in my beloved Pakistan but now they have been fully recognized by the highest court of Pakistan and the credit goes to none but CJ Iftikhar otherwise they should have been honored by previous CJs provided someone has bothered on the subject. It is very much anticipated that CJ will continue dispensing justice to all with no reference to gender, color, religion, belief, caste and creed etc.

Long live CJ Iftikhar is the one voiced prayers of the eunuchs of Pakistan.
