How to do away with GDP Deficit?

Syed Sayef Hussain has circulated the following on the net with the question, 

“Can anyone think on these lines in this country?”

"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just

pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more

than 3% of GDP, all  sitting members of Congress are ineligible

for re-election”

UNQUOTE:

Yes, Mr. Sayef, we canalso think on these lines and let’s start it right now.

I propose the law to be passed in our case should read:

“ Anytime there is a deficit of more than 5% of GDP, all the MNAs,

  MPAs and Senators shall become ineligible for re-election.” 

Now, how to move about it ?  

If each person passes this message to a minimum of fifteen people then it will take ONLY five days for most people in Pakistan to receive it. The recipients should then ask their Representatives to pass such a law within a given time, say four months.   If they don’t, peaceful rallies be held all over the country.  And, if they still don’t, peaceful Dharnas and Gheraos of the federal and the provincial assembly buildings be carried out on the given call(s).

The movement has to be nation wide with an Organising & Co-ordinating committee at the national level.   There will be similar  Org & Co-Ord Committees at each Provincial level, who will organise their own volunteer organisations down to district, tehsil and union council levels.  All such committees and sub-committees shall respond to their higher committees in turn for better and assured results.

I am sure the law makers will pass the law to this effect which will usher in a new era of Good Governance in Pakistan.
