Is the issue between the government and the army?

Some political analysts with American links are trying to portray as if the Memo issue is been highlighted to create a wedge between the Zardari-led government and the army. This is not true. The real issue is that someone within the government apparatus invited a foreign country to invade Pakistan demolishing its nuclear assets, ISI, and nuclear controlling authority-the army. Now the big question is would the issue be carried to its logical conclusion and identify the culprits irrespective of the powerful positions they hold?
