Troops for SA

If the parliament decides to send Pakistani troops to Saudi Arabia, I have a question or two to ask the powers that be including the military high command;

A.                What shall be the exact role of the Pakistani troops or the nature of their operations there? Defensive, Offensive or Both?

B.                 Under whose command the Pakistani troops would be placed there?

·        The Saudi High Command (SHC)?  The Pakistan Forces Commander (PFC)?

·        The Supreme Commander of the Joint Operational Command (SCJOP)?

C.                 If under the SHC, would the Pakistani forces, if ordered, cross the international borders between the SA and Yemen?

D.                If under the SCJOP, would it not tantamount to Pakistan being an ally and an equal partner of the SA in a war against another sovereign state Yemen?
