Arms Licences

Encouraged by the reported liberal policy of the government under which it has issued about 29,000 licences for the weapons including the prohibited bore through its Ministers and parliamentarians, may I also request to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN to issue me also with a licence for a Kalashnikov for my personal protection. I live in Westridge-1, Rawalpindi but neither do I know the name of our MNA or MPA nor have any personal clout with them, as such I am making the request directly. Hoping to be obliged I pray for the long and prosperous life and ever lasting all powerful and mighty carrier of the concerned authority.
