Imran in his public address on Sunday 27th May, 2012 had announced that he approaching Supreme Court of Pakistan and challenging the ruling of National Aseembly Speaker Dr Fehmida wherein she pronounced that PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani cannot be unseated because of contempt of court slapped by SC. In a famous TV talk show, the host showed Babar Awan an affidavit supposedly written and sent by Aitzaz Ahsan to him for his signature and asked him whether he would confirm the document.
