Did Asif Ali Zardari know about the big game?

Talking to Dr Shahid Masood on program ‘Merey Mutabiq’, Mushahid Hussain of PML-Q intelligently gave background history of the last three years of Gen Musharaf’s political career and stated that Asif Ali Zardari was not taken on board in decision making about the future political plans for Pakistan. With due respect to his political knowledge, it is difficult to concur with his assessment of Asif Ali Zardari not being part of the big game played primarily by the Americans which unfolded later.

In my article ‘Asif Ali Zardari; has he changed?’ published in June 2008, I mentioned that in summer of 2006, AAZ had a four hour one to one meeting with a spiritualist in New York, in which he (AAZ) ‘predicted’ that he was going to play an important role in future global politics to avert a clash between civilisations. We all know, how he became the President of Pakistan, presently,  playing important role in that capacity.

The question is; had he actual spiritual premonition or was he made to believe so, by the forces working on him psychologically? We should remember that those were the days when two American psychiatrists certified that he had mental health problems and was suffering from dementia. Those certificates were produced in the courts in London. I wrote about it in my article, ‘Mental health disorder: its legal manipulations (part 1) published in November 2009. Medically speaking, such people can easily be influenced to accept suggestions through hypnosis. The less said the better.
