The hilarious statements of two CMs

After listening to a hilarious statement of Baluchistan CM on fake degrees, the Sindh CM didn’t want to stay behind and came up with a comical announcement asking the flood-victims to take flood as picnic. Are they projecting a new emerging PPP mindset of ignorance or what? We haven’t seen ANP, CM of KP and PML-N, CM of Punjab giving such irresponsible statements
