With Allah's Name, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
Regarding a press incidence, please let me say that I knew Nawaz Sharif quite well. He is not that sort of person. It seems to be Chaudharys' Drama. These Chaudharys are not worth consulting. They are simple nauseating and vomitus. As far as Supreme Court attack is concerned., many people are really fooled. Nawaz Sharif was absolutely right. They did not attack Supreme Court but rather entered there. On the other hand if you see PPP's attack on Lahore high court you will realize what the attack means. PPP had burnt furniture and had caused damage to the building. Justice Sajjad Ali Shah had in his hand PPP drafted decision which was prepared in the house of Iftikhar Gilani in Islamabad and Aga Murtaza Poia used to deliver it to Sajjad Ali Shah. Imagine Cheif Justice is taking dictation from a political party. PPP used to prepare detailed script whcih Sajjad Ali Shah used to simply eat and vomit. As you perhaps now that Sajjad Ali Shah is a big drinker and at times forget what he is saying. Even in Riyadh Saudi Arabia in a gathering of Pakistani he was so drunk that he read the same page of his speech twice without realizing. (From where he got drink in Saudi Arabia, well there are places e.g Aramco etc where drinks are available for Amercians along with pig etc and sometimes some Non Americans with links can get these things) Sajjad Ali Shah was about to fire Nawaz Sharif although he did not have that power. Earlier he had summoned Nawaz Sharif to the court and Nawaz Sharif had appeared. What was the fault of Nawaz Sharif? His fault was that he wanted to make judiciary efficient and easily accessible to the people? Bull shit?? No, not at all. How do I know? I was one of the three members of the delegate which had visited Malaysia to examine their judiciary system as it is one of the most efficient in the world and Malaysia had same rules and laws as Pakistan as Malaysia was also a British colony. I, Justice Hafeez Cheema and Malik Ghulam Murtaza (Who was later assassinated in Lahore) visited Malaysia. The moment our plane took off, Sajjad Ali left his Umrah without completion and came to Pakistan to defend and protect the corrupt judiciary system. PPP is still not in favor of independent judiciary as it does not suit to them. PPP does not want restoration of judges for obvious reasons. Massive corruption of Benazir and Asif will be exposed along with that of Rehman Malik. Both Asif and Rehman Malik are still wanted in the international courts. Musharraf had stopped those investigations and trails and thus wasted enormous efforts and people's money. When Sajjad Ali was in open fight against Sharif, he had no right to remain the judge in case of Nawaz Sharif as Ch. Iftikhar did. He was not the judge in the court when cases were heard against Mush. Actually Sajjad Ali Shah had attacked the very foundations and institution of the Supreme Court and he was not qualified to listen to the case. So if someone stopped him, he did the right thing and that must not be taken as attack on Supreme Court. At the most it was a protest with forceful entry in the court and no more. There was no attack on building, furniture and on Judges or staff. The corruption mafia and members of Zionist agents e.g. Qadyanis, Aga Khan and MQM etc. will never like free and fair judiciary. They know they are murderers and killers and many of their people will be hanged if true justice prevailed. Aga Khan has killed Akbar Ali (Ex-Ismaili),Syed Slahuddin and Mualana Chitrali for speaking up against him and exposing his real designs. Mush had handed over Habib Bank worth over 200 billion rupees for just 10 billion and which was also not paid by Aga Khan but the money was paid out of one year's profit. If true justice is established people will ask all such questions and they will have to return all stolen money etc to the poor people of Pakistan. In the same way Asif Zardari will have to return Surrey Palace etc. etc. to the poor people of Pakistan. Please give the credit to Nawaz Sharif that he is at least saying openly for independent judiciary and restoration of judges and that is the main point of his manifesto. If we don't have justice, Pakistan will not survive. In order to save and protect Pakistan , we must have independent judiciary and we must restore all the judges. We will not accept short of this and Insha Allah this struggle will continue. PPP is not pressing hard enough for release of Aitazaz Ahsan because he is also talking for restoration of judges and independent judiciary. No body deserved the leadership of PPP more than Aitazaz Ahsan. But see what PPP is doing with him!
With Cordial Regards,
Anwar Ul Haque
