Dear Brother/Sister: Assalamo Alaikum.

 

We need to present true picture of Islam to all Americans. We should show them the Ayas related to absolute prohibition of killing innocent and doing excesses in war. If we remain silent many people will be deceived and then hatred against Muslims will grow and each Muslim in USA will have to pay the price for being silent. Silence and inaction is NO Solution. Cair had started good thing of sending Quran-e-Majeed to people. We must start that again. Additionally may I recommend that we should send Americans special gifts on special occasions. For example to Jews on thanks giving which is on 10 Muharram when Allah rescued Moosa (Moses) (PBUH) and his people from Pharaoh. We should mention the fact that many Muslims observe thanks giving fast on these days. This will show that Muslims are not hostile to common Jews. They are against Zionist racial policies and terrorism in Palestine but not an ordinary Jew who is not supportive of this terrorism.
