Ch Nisar spoke

In his first comprehensive press conference on National Security Policy, Ch Nisar announced two things with absolute clarity on terrorism. First, to use negotiation as tool. Second, to use force with iron hand. Through out in his conference he sounded committed to what he was saying and knowing his past record he meant business.
