Subject: Doctors across the country will Insha Allah support Black Flag Week

The Pakistan Doctors' Forum (PDF) will Insha Allah fully support the Black Flag Week from 9^th March-16^th March 2008. The President of Doctors' Forum Prof. Anwar Ul Haque has demanded immediate reinstatement of the Judges and the Judiciary must be brought back to the position of 2^nd November, 2007. PDF strongly feels that without independent judiciary there can't be even thought of civilization, democracy and rule of law. PDF holds Musharraf and his comrades responsible for all violations of law & order in Pakistan as well as terrorism. When the constitution and law is dishonored and brutally violated at the top we can't expect others to obey the law. Sense of deprivation and lack of justice are very important factors in genesis of violence and terrorism. Other factors include poverty due to hefty loans and wasting them and spread of vulgarity and lewdness causing frustration and mental irritation. Prof (Dr.) Anwar Ul Haque said that Pervaiz Musharraf is responsible for all these factors. A negative budget of Rs. 400 billions every year and marked devaluation of Pakistan Rupee against gold, which is real currency i.e. from Rs. 7000 to 22 000 per 10 grams clearly indicates that every Pakistani's earnings had been reduced by one third. He said that the Government must not be allowed to borrow money on behalf of people and then to waste it while asking people to pay not only the original loans or so called AIDS but also compound interest.

PDF will also observe 16^th March as Day of Rachel Corrie in memory of brave American female student who laid her life in trying to protect a Palestinian's home from demolition. She was crushed to death by an Israeli State terrorist who ran a Caterpillar tractor over her crushing her to death. The Caterpillar was provided by USA using hard earned American Tax payer's money. These tractors are specially built for demolitions of homes. This clearly reflects USA Government's active support for Israeli brutal and ongoing State and Global Terrorism. The wars on Afghanistan and Iraq for heroin and oil are also part of Israeli agenda and orders.

Prof. Anwar Ul Haque said that people of Pakistan will not forget May 12, 2007 Karachi Carnage. Only relatives of the killed ones have the right to forgive the killers. He said MQM is number 1 terrorist organization of Pakistan and on pay role of CIA. MQM works on orders of CIA, Mossad, RAW, KGB and some other communities. It had created numerous torture cells where innocent people were killed by drilling holes in their live bodies.  In the past Mossad agent of Libyan Embassy in Karachi had organized Hammer Group which smashed the heads of poor people in Pakistan. He said that how big champions of Human Rights and War on Terrorism are supporting and protecting such notorious terrorists. He said that MQM has no public mandate as there were no fair and free elections in the seats from where MQM had "won" the seats. Massive rigging, killing of key witnesses and blocking You Tube are all proofs of MQM rigging. The resent local Government in Karachi is also non representative as MQM had massively rigged the last city elections. MQM had also killed several people in a polling station in a previous by elections in Liaquatabad and stole the ballot boxes. After preparing the results of their choice the approval was obtained form Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar who was then appointed as Interim Election Commissioner in place of Justice Irshad Hussain who was sent on leave by Musharraf. Prof. Anwar Ul Haque demanded re-election on all those seats on which MQM candidates were declared winners. He will Insha Allah officially file a complaint to the Election Commission in this regard. He said that the way MQM took law in its hands on May 12 2007 and the way it implanted killers from interior Sind on bridges and Sabeels (Water facilities) armed with Kalashnikovs and the way it blocked roads and fired at innocent people killing over 40 of them is the black spot and this Karachi carnage will always be remembered. The way Mush patronized this carnage and the way USA, UK and French Governments are supporting MQM is an open testimony to the real face and character of the Governments of those countries.

Prof. Haque requested all doctors to wear black arm-bands and put black flags on their clinics and cars during the week of 9^th "“ 16^th March, 2008. He said that to establish justice is a divine order without which societies can not serve. He said that as soon as real judiciary is established, he will Insha Allah move a petition against Musharraf for carrying out carnage in Karachi and Lal Masjid. In addition he will pursue his earlier petition # 84-2007 for immediate removal of Musharraf as he was not eligible to contest elections as Government Servant and that the so called Presidential Elections from Assembly of 2002 is outright fraud and can't be even termed as Elections according to Encyclopedia Britannica and Wikipedia definitions of elections as it violated the people' right of holding their servants (Rulers) accountable and they did not impart their fresh mandate for the new term. He said that only new assemblies have the right to elect President for next five years as it carried the fresh mandate of people. He said that it is indeed very shameful to see USA Government to support and recognize such fraud. He asked that based on the same principle why Republican hopeful McCane is not elected based on the votes of 2004? Prof. Haque said it is pity to see that while Muslims gave renaissance and industrial revolution to the West, the West is sponsoring terrorism and dictatorships in the Muslim countries. He said Muslims must come forward to take the leadership role to save the world from anarchy and moral decay and destruction. Prof. Haque asked MQM to stop Natak dramas and childish behavior. While they are making such hue and cry on a minor incidence when someone slapped one of their so called representatives while they have carried out millions of much more heinous crimes including Bhatta collection, rigging, torturing, killings and all sorts of law and order violations and bullshitting against Pakistan. He said Mr. Altaf Hussain is a serial killer and his Shujat Hussain like telephonic speeches is a proof of his and his followers utter mental retardation.
