Muzakraat

TTP are asking for a toap (canon) in the hope of getting at least a pistol in return!  What did MNS have exactly in mind to yield to the TTP when he offered them muzakraat (negotiations )?  Negotiations are always held between more or less equal parties and with a view to and in a spirit of some give and take?!   Now that they have come up with their 15 demands, can he accede to even ONE of them?  I hope not.
