VVIP Hajj

The Holy Prophet in his Khutba tul Vida said, “ All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white- except by piety and good action.”  He (SAWAW) couldn’t have described more beautifully the EQUALITY of all mankind.  Then how come we, in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan officially give permission to the Hajj Operators to offer Hajj packages ranging from Rs. 400,000/- (with ordinary bare minimum facilities) to Rs. 1,500,000/ (with extra luxurious 7 star VVIP lodging and boarding, transport and food etc.)  Is this what equality means and that too on the occasion of Hajj, where everyone has to clad himself in two unstitched sheets to remove the discrimination  between the rich and the poor?!!

What a manifestation of, “Ek hi suf mein khaRy ho gaey Mahmood o Ayaz -

Na koi banda raha aur na koi banda nawaz”
