Trump Trumped
A very apt comment from Gen. R D Bhatti (Retd) former ambassador to N. Korea
on the New Year outburst of President Trump against Pakistan.
“Friendship between Pakistan and United States is spread over seven decades.
The latest remarks of President Trump against Pakistan are direct
condemnation
of the past leadership of the United States who had cultivated and
maintained a mutually beneficial friendship between the two countries.
One hopes that the enlightened
American people would not allow their history to be blemished that way.
Pakistan Army is a professional army and President Trump is advised to look
for mercenaries elsewhere.”
