My name is Tahir Mueen & I want to make Complaint against DG Cyber Wing Mr.
Humayun Khalil for his very rude & angry behaviour with me over the issue
that I was sending him emails which were to be forwarded either to Minister
For Information or to Prime Minister. I was informed by his Junior Officer
Mr. Waqar Deputy Director IT that I can send the emails on the official
address webmaster@infopak. gov.pk which is for this purpose & the emails will
be forwarded to Prime Minister from there. On 21st July 2008 when I talked
to DG Cyber he was very angry & he started shouting at me & called me LIAR &
said that I am wasting his time by sending these emails to him. I told him
that his Junior Officer Mr. Waqar & another officer Mr. Anis had told me
that I can send Complaints on this address so I did. I have the proof that I
receive emails from Asian Human Rights Commission in which there is an
Appeal to be send to Higher Authorities in which the email address given
against the name of Prime Minister of Pakistan is webmaster@infopak. gov.pk
so the attitude shown by DG Cyber Wing was very surprising. He did not
believe me that his Junior Officers had told me to send emails on this
address & so he said that I am a LIAR. He even said that if I make a
Complaint to PRIME MINISTER or MINISTER FOR INFORMATION it will make no
difference to him sir. He insulted me for nothing & his attitude was such
that I was deeply shocked that a Government Official of such a High Rank can
show such an attitude towards the ordinary public. I request you sir to
please help me in this regard & pass on my Complaint to relevant authorities
so that proper action is taken in this regard. I hope you will help me in
this regard & pass my Complaint to relevant authorites for proper action in
this regard. Your help in this regard would be very highly appreciated sir.
