UN Probe

BB's murder probe by the UN, as reported by the media, will cost the national exchequer 40 million US Dollars "“ a hefty sizeable chunk of foreign exchange for an already  cash strapped country Pakistan .  The Interior Advisor Rehman Malik at the press conference was seen spurning with a visible disdain the US offer of sending their FBI team to assist into the Marriott suicidal dumper attack. He had said that our intelligence agencies were quite capable of doing the needful.  It was heartening to see the Advisor reposing such confidence in the agencies of which he himself was a part once upon a time. However, I can't help thinking that why can the government not exhibit the same confidence in the case of BB's murder for which the UN is being asked to investigate at that huge costs?
