STATEMENT OF OBJECTION

This document is a supposed effort to register a complaint with the General political and judicial body of Pakistan against three very important statements which have been given by our current president Mr. Asif Ali Zardari in recent days. These three important statements regarding three important issues represent only and only the views of Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and a very selected class.These three important issues are 

(1) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's current stance of Kashmir Issue,

(2) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's illegitimate, non referred and individual decision to give India transit Routes

(3) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's statement that "India does not pose a threat to Pakistan"

 Mr. Asif Ali Zardari in the recent past few days have disrupted and destroyed a complete stance which our nation had held on to for the last 60 years of existence. These statements might hold importance in his inner circle but undermines the general consent which our mass public holds about these very sensitive issues and therefore I request the readers of this document to generate public opinion, public consent about these issues and I would request the readers of this document to take up these issues on any forum possible.
 

Any members of General public would look towards the judicial system of a country when faced with a problem, unfortunately currently the judicial system which was promised to be re-established by Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and his government lays in ruins right now and the core of the issue which makes the world of difference still remains unsolved. Any general member of public right now cannot register his or her problem with the judiciary because our current government has made sure that the judicial system stays in a state of instability and in-effectiveness in turn depriving the general public from generating any sort of resistance against the government and it's obnoxious stance towards the consent of the people of Pakistan.The three above mentioned issues matter a lot to the people of Pakistan, the current government might have made sure that a general lay man does not get out of the horrific circle of "Roti, Kapra, Makan", they might have made sure that the general public is turned insensitive by exposing them to excessive load shedding, fears of joblessness, disregard for law and extreme terrorism but the general public and specially the Youth of this country have a very strong opinion about the above mentioned issues.Now we look at these three issues in detail.
 

1) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's current stance of Kashmir Issue:

Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's current stance on the issue of Kashmir is totally biased, only full fills his agendas and undermines the importance of consent of the general public, not to mention it is totally against the will of the people of Pakistan. In his statements Mr. Asif Ali Zardari declared all the elements putting up armed resistance in Kashmir as "Terrorists" and in one statement he committed treason with all the Muslim Men, Women, Children and Elders of Kashmir who have faced the brutality of Indian Occupation. In this one statement he undermined the importance and the significance of this recent uprising of resistance in Kashmir against Indian occupation regarding the "Shrine Board Issue". The people of this country right now fail to understand how could Mr. Asif Ali Zardari had given up on 60 year old stance in one day.
 

2) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's illegitimate, non referred and individual decision to give India transit Routes:
 

If this move is put under close analysis it is hard to understand that what Policy? Or what Dynamics does this decision full fill. Our nation is supposed to facilitate the transit of goods from India into Afghanistan, the same two forces which currently are ringing havoc in two of our border provinces. In other terms we would be facilitating India into getting a stronger grip over Afghanistan where it is already entrenched and is making sure that our country is destabilized. A thorough analysis of different think tanks in India reveal one and only one conclusion "A Stable Pakistan is not in India's favor", what part of this statements does Mr. Asif Ali Zardari fail to understand. It is a common known fact that to be a regional, economical juggernaut India needs to have access to Central Asia, its markets and its rich oil reserves and the biggest hindrance in its way right now is Pakistan and Mr. Asif Ali Zardari is making sure that India has greater access to Central Asia, have a greater grip in Afghanistan which right now is proving disastrous for Pakistan. While making this decision Mr. Asif Ali Zardari did not take any consent from his own governments mechanism, neither the National Assembly and Neither the Foreign Office and even if did so, we the people of this country will not allow this to happen and we demand Mr. Asif Ali Zardari to stop taking decision on his own because his decision are failing to align with the general opinion of the masses and the people of this country. If he thinks that his government should go ahead with this decision then he needs to refer to the people and ask them if this is a viable decision or not. He has not been selected by the people of this country to run around making his own decisions and he needs to learn to work with public consent or he will not have any political future.
 

3) Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's statement that "India does not pose a threat to Pakistan"
 

How did Mr. Asif Ali Zardari forget the 1948, the 1965, the 1971 and the Kargil conflict actually baffles a lot of people. A nation which is committed at hurting us with any means possible sometimes with blocking our stealing our water and sometimes by arousing insurgencies in our provinces is being deemed as "not a threat to Pakistan". A country which is largely responsible for the separation of our Eastern wing is being notated as "Not a threat to Pakistan". A country whose Think Tanks consider a stable Pakistan "Not in Favor of India" is being appointed as "Not a threat to Pakistan". I wonder what would be Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's next move, maybe the dismantling of our nuclear program or the acceptance of Israel or maybe better giving Israel a permanent base of Operation in Pakistan.

The type of decisions which Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and his "Close Compatriots" are taking show the shallow political depth our current government has and significantly points towards the widening gap of political prudence which the death of Benazir Bhutto has caused. If Mr. Asif Ali Zardari wants to have a political carrier in this country then he needs to stop asking for directions from the United States and needs to start looking towards his people because that is where a politicians real political power lies but if this is just another case of "Hit and Run" government where Mr. Asif Ali Zardari is trying to make sure that his personal profits are ensured before this government collapses then he can carry on but he needs to keep in mind that he may do onto us what he thinks suits his personal agendas but once he is done with it and the people of this country come to realize what disaster of a leader he is then he will not have place which he would be able to call "Home" and neither the "People who he could call his "own".
