Was PPP leadership behind SC verdict?

The PPP stalwarts keep repeating in talk shows that Asif Ali Zardari was not behind the SC Verdict which disqualified the two top leaders of PML-N. But within few hours of the verdict, Governor Rule was applied in Punjab by the President without acceptable reason thus linking his action with SC verdict. Isn't that enough reason to suggest that AAZ was most probably the force behind the verdict?
