Who is the Usurper (Ghaasib)?

Responding to Dr Shahid Masood on the TV programme "˜Meray Mutabiq' on the question of "˜minus one formula' (as quoted by Mr Kaira) and "˜usurper' (as pointed out by Mr. Zardari), Imran Khan, Shaheen Sehbai and Haroon Rashid suggested that Mr Zardari is feeling vulnerable because of; NRO; medical certification proving him to have a serious medical condition; and fear of a "˜troika' surfacing against him.

There was a lot of weight in their comments but may be, Mr. Zardari was hinting at a usurper (Ghaasib) within the party who with the help of the "˜old guards' is trying to sideline him. This could well be the reason why in the last few days, Mr Zardari has been introducing his children, with the recently incorporated title of "˜Bhutto'to their names, in important PPP meetings in the presence of world media.
