The Doctors Democratic Forum (DDF) has strongly condemned Asif Ali Zardari and Minister of Lawlessness Babar Awan's subjugation and extreme violation of constitution. DDF is of considerate opinion that the thugs who have illegally occupied the top positions of Government of Pakistan are trying to strangulate Justice and law so that they can keep continuing robbing of poor people of Pakistan without any checks and balances.
After Supreme Court's historical verdict and for openly bribing NWFP and Balochistan Assemblies for votes as shown on media, Zardari's Presidential elections automatically become invalid. Similarly Babar Awan who wrote Benazir Bhutto's fraudulent will at his home in collaboration with Malik and took bribes can not hold the portfolio of Minister of Law. He could be best described as Minister of Lawlessness!
DDF expresses its solidarity with the Supreme Court and with all those who want to see rule of law and justice in Pakistan. DDF requests Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan to declare Asif Ali Zardari and his associate criminals as incompetent to hold any public office let alone the office of President and Minister of Law.
The Constitution' s articles 248 which is a word to word copy of All India Constitution clause 360 does not give protection to the President and Governors against Basic and Fundamental Human Rights which of course supersede any constitution. The right to life, honor and property can not be snatched by any clause as well interpreted by Indian top law expert Mr. Roy commenting on article 360 (248 of Pakistan). Gross corruption amounts robbing people. DDF therefore requests Honorable Supreme Court to declare Zardari totally incompetent and take actions against all criminals to recover all looted public wealth.
PPP must either quiet Government or bring an honest person preferably from Sind as New President of Pakistan in order to save the system; otherwise history will never forgive PPP. This will be the second biggest assault of PPP against Pakistan after Z. A. Bhutto's refusal to accept the verdict of people of Pakistan resulting in loss of East Pakistan.
The entire Pakistan is behind Supreme Court and is ready to bury the lawlessness and for the upholding law and constitution. The people are ready for another long march and this will be much more decisive Insha Allah than the previous one as it will bury Zardari and Co. forever.
