Dear Brother and Sister: Assalamo Alaikum.

The sport minister Ijaz Jakharni first ruined the health ministry and then the Sports causing the worst defeats. At PIMS Ijaz Jakhrani accepted the pressure of drunk inmation minister Qaira and appointed one of the known corrupt and incompetent person i.e Dr. Altaf Hussain as ED of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS)., Altaf Hussain with collaboration of Raja Amjad (POMY) started massive corruption. 

Altaf bought useless instruments etc and had no SOPS for Emergency Room etc. Tragic incidence of death of one MNA happened and Altaf was made OSD. This is one of millions of sad stories. The Institutions are ruined like this. Media complains about medical treatment etc in various institutions and rightly so but has it ever held debates and programs on qualifications and characters of Ministers? Most if not all ministers do not know ABC of their job; so what we expect from them. 

Please come forward and start rebuilding this nation. You and your family and generations will be the beneficiary. 

The Parliament has been made rubber stamp. "Strategic talks" are taking place between master USA and slave Pakistan. Entire parliament was not taken into confidence. Shah Mehmood who does not know how to even talk properly (All he is interested in is to make poses for the camera and speak in the most artificial way) is given the task to sell out Pakistan's Nuclear program. 

We warn him and all those who remain silent at this juncture that nation will never never forgive them. It is the responsibility of each and everyone of us to stand up and safeguard the National Interest. 

We have following proposal for the Minister to be: 

1) No need to be a MNA or Senator 

2) Must be of very high character and faith

3) Must be very competent 

4) Must be very devoted 

5) Must have a sound vision 

6) Must have excellent experience proven through past track record 

7) His name must be approved by both houses and in case of a provincial minister in Provincial Assembly after thorough debate; giving ample time to the members and media   to thoroughly investigate. There must be an active debate and not just sudden approval. debate and approval process should last for several days and shown alive on TV 

8) Same procedure (#7) be adopted for Prime Minister and President. 

9) Article 248 be properly understood as explained by Famous and Competent Indian Law expert Mr. Roy that it does not cover and provide immunity in corruption, physical crimes and other offences as person. It only protects Presidential orders etc as many orders are passed in the name of President for day to day business. Giving protection for robbery, murder, selling national interest etc can not have immunity as these clearly  violate basic human rights. We must challenge Government's review petition against NRO. 

Let us join hands to make Pakistan better and better through upholding Justice and Merit in every affair and at every level and in all institutions. 

Let us create public awareness and exert pressure through various
means e.g. writing articles in newspapers, magazines, holding press
conferences, holding seminars and writing letters to media, parliament
etc.

Our Topic may begin what qualifies to be a minister? .

Please shun apathy and laziness and start rebuilding and re-liberating
this great nation of ours.
