Send me your compliant against KESC with some website links.

we have too many problem from KESC but KESC badmash peoples try more and more on us, with the support of government of Pakistan they destroy our Pakistani economy.

Please advise me some compliants of website.

If u will compliant to kesc to high resources what is your wording in english please write me i do something.
