Babar Awan Must be Arrested and declared Unlawful Minister

Babar Awan must be arrested on following grounds:
1) Causing obstruction in justice
2) Writing a forged will of Benazir at his home
3) Massive corruption
4) Not allowing Law Ministry to actively and properly help prosecute die hard criminals like Shaitan Malik and many more. As a result due to DEFECTIVE prosecution criminals are coming out as hero! We do not accept such trials and results and request honorable Supreme court to retry all these cases with proper help from Ministry
5) Fake degree of PhD
We must note that our prime reference point is Quran-e-Majeed and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The constitution of Pakistan also regards these sources as the foundation of the constitution. According to Quran and Sunnah, no one, no one has immunity. Anyone saying other wise is committing an act of Kufr (Rejection) of Quran and Allah Ta'lah.
Zardari and company have looted the money of ordinary Pakistanis. We are suffering from load shedding, energy crises, industrial failure, unemployment, sky rocketting prices, etc etc, how can he has the immunity. This is not even Jungle's law.
Indian Law expert clearly describes the limits of the immunity law, it only applies to the actions as President from the office of the President for example issuing the ordinances etc and in that also he is bound to consult Prime Minister, Parliament, Chief Justice etc as the case may be. No criminal offence in his personal capacity has the immunity.
We are shocked at the low level of intelligence and IQ of those who say that article 248 provides immunity. To have justice is a fundamental right and these rights supersede all other laws. If President kills someone, the victims family has all the right to get justice and president will have no immunity. Zardari and co. have looted before and are looting right now every citizen of Pakistan. All victims have full fundamental right to seek justice and Independent Judiciary must proved relief to those who got looted no matter even if he is President. --
