Behind the curtain who is pleading Asif Zardari "“ Zardari Limited Co.

An article published in daily news dated April 29, 2008, "Doing it right, or doing it now!" written by Farahnaz Isphani, qualifications of Farahnaz is simple that she is so called relative of Benazir, have same sectarian faith as of Nusrat Bhutto and Zardari. It is believed that being third wife of future ambassador of US, and he is behind this article because both husband and wife are the top beneficiaries of "neo-PPP Zardari Limited". To whom may we address whether Hussain Haqqani or Farahnaz Isphani, both are making numbers to degrade old stalwarts of PPP. It is crystal clear that death of BB is a lottery for Zardari Limited, his relatives and friends including his sisters, Farooq Naik and many others who have been helping Zardari while he was living overseas are now owners of new Zardari Limited.

In above article Isphahani tried to undermine efforts of Judiciary, Lawyers, political workers and others, hoist biased points to cover up mistakes of Zardari, it looks after death of BB this duty has been assigned her to coat mistakes of Asif Zardari.

Agenda of Zardari:

There is nothing in the article except Boston class English, but it reflects the agenda and mentality of Zardri Limited. She failed to camouflage Zardari's recent statements, u-turn, stubbornness, grudge, and on other hand cheap tactics of Yousuf Raza Gailani by lick spitting fascist generals, close door meetings with crusaders, failing ANP in his effort of peace talks, enjoyment of Mujra and music with looters when peoples are hungry and naked, exchange program of expensive dinners on peoples expenses etc. Surprisingly now she is quoting manifesto of PPP, we never heard about that, PPP is a monarchy and kingdoms did not like any manifesto, Z A Bhutto once told that his manifesto is Roti, Kapra and Makaan, which never provided and nobody hope it will be ever provided.

Fooling Mian Nawaz Shariff:

It is very clear that Zardari and BB both made fool to Mian Nawaz Shariff, Zardari claims that he started reconciliation which is absolutely wrong, it was Nawaz Shariff who forget everything including fraud of charter of democracy, went to Larkana, it could be counted as his silliness that he forget that Rasool Allah said that "From same hole, Momin could not be bite into", it is clear Nawaz is not Momin, who again trusted and put finger in the same hole at Bhoorbun. Major hypocrisy in above article is that she did not mention NRO at a single place and beneficiary's name, who gained most from deal with fascist dictator.

Benazir Stance on Judges:   

Benazir's stance on Judges issue was well known and later after imposition of PCO when BB was locked up at Latif Khosa's residence at Lahore and workers of PPP were roughly beaten by police throughout country, she visited outside home of CJ, half heartedly, but at that time why she did not mentioned manifesto of PPP, residence of CJ was one individuals residence, it was not Supreme court.

Isphani wrote against CJ and declared him as individual which is nucleus of his main agenda:

She says "the reason the PPP did not take Punjab was because it's stance had not been clear on the judges' issue." This seemed very illogical Benazir Bhutto had approved in her lifetime "“ was crystal clear on this score."
 "The Manifesto (PPP) stated that Pakistan has to grow beyond its reliance on individuals, concentrate on institution building."

Whether Judges are individuals? Zardari and Mush are not individuals!
She further wrote declaring CJ and judges as individual as under:
"Pakistan needed to safeguard its institutions from any future eventuality of their falling into the hands of individuals and the regressive forces in our permanent establishment. Bibi said we must allow the laws of necessity to die, once and for all."

Question is whether Mush or Zardari are not individuals, why PPP is started lick spitting Mush, NRO was designed for individual benefit of BB and Zardari, graduation clause, Shabaan Merani's repolling in Sindh (because he is relative), Zardari's mean mentality full of grudge and in typical Sindhi style he attacks on enemy from back side with axe, its example is Makhdoom family, one was deprived from PM ship, his brother was not considered for any post in Sindh and other brother who is government servant is transferred third time from the post within two weeks. Makhdoom was accused of meeting with Mush, now Gailani is bowing his head every day, in shameless fashion Makhdoom was deprived of any benefit, in spite of his long services with PPP.

Manifesto of PPP and dominion:

Isphani further wrote:
"Pakistan People's Party actually started working to implement its manifesto and the vision of its leader, Asif Ali Zardari started being attacked by the media and some sections of civil society and PPP garnered the majority of votes in this last election (some three million more than the nearest rival) was mainly due to the judges'issue/judicial crisis, and any minute wasted in restoring the judiciary to the Nov 2, 2007, position would be a breach of trust."

(Where PPP's manifesto says that only those persons could chair the Party whose last name is "Bhutto", What manifesto says about NRO? And where it is written that each chair of PPP will always rely either come into power with the help of dictators or will subordinate generals after getting power each time, Why manifesto of PPP has been changed from socialist reforms to new world order, Zulfiqar Bhutto's vision is totally scraped, it is not his party any more, now it is party of CIA agents and TC holders of crusaders, free from any ideology or welfare plan for public. It is happening and it happened in past, it is history of PPP.

Moreover why feudal, peers, Makhdooms and Sahibzada's are the sole beneficiaries of party tickets, such peoples are real strength and power of PPP. It is 4^th tenure of PPP and it failed to deliver Roti, Kapra or Makaan to peoples. By the way getting clearance from courts is what kind of implementation of PPP's manifesto? Passing a lame duck resolution for BB's murder investigation from UNO or declaring Bhutto's crimes as murder by courts is a joke only. What PPP has done so for, extra votes grabbed in election is due to mistrust of public on Mush, wide ranging bogus voting in interior Sindh were carried out on the dead body of BB, and same as fascist friends of Zardari, MQM played same tactics at Karachi. (MQM who was howling that hundred of his voters were looted and killed after murder of BB in entire Sindh is now happily joining PPP led government, appointment of Shoaib Suddle or shower of shoes on Arbab Rahim will be no more issue after getting cabinet seats).

Ispahani took U-turn and hypocrisy changed his stance to follow Zardari, read comments on her doctrine in (brackets) to each point she raised is as under:

1. Majority of peoples have emails of Isphani on record, now like Zardari she woke up from long snooze, PPP forget those moments nation passed to resist tyranny of generals and sacrifice for implementation of rule of law, struggle against bogus presidential elections, PCO, and emergency, which she has negated. She further commented as under:
   "The coalition government led by the PPP is now being asked (she meant forced) to pass a resolution in the National Assembly to be followed by an executive order to be precise." (It means PPP did not have any wisdom to think about such positive matters).
2. She said "each executive order must have a legal basis to be issued". (It is not funny that after taking vote of confidence, white crow has become black)
3. She wrote that "an executive order will be immediately taken up by the same PCO judiciary that is holding court now and could suspend such an order with immediate effect". ( She did not mention that CJ abandoned NRO, this is the main cause of grudge and fraud Chief justice Dogar who favored Zardari is no more deceitful, why any PCO judiciary did not act on parliamentary resolution for murder investigation of BB? The resolution is entirely against sovereignty of Pakistan and mistrust on PPP lead government, it could be correct if PPP was not in power)
4. She wrote "constitutional and legal mayhem created through the force of guns (Oct 1999 and Nov 2007) is not easy to clean up". (Hypocrisy of Zardari and all other PPP leaders who are on pay role of ISI, Like Senator Latif Khosa, Rahman Malik, Sherry Rahman (A bank to her husband was awarded by Mush), and list is very long which will be mentioned next time, all are working double policy, this is the only reason that mess could not be cleaned.
5. She further wrote that "there are layers and layers of legal complexities that surround the whole crisis". (Same type of layers were surrounding around cases of Zardari, within one month each and every complexity including court orders have been issued, restoration of Judges was not complex issue, it is deliberately made complex by Zardari after PPP got power in the centre, his close door meetings with crusaders and Farooq Naik's visits like thief in late nights to judges colony etc. raises question mark)
6. She wrote that "Some of the judges that are going to be restored did play some part in bringing things to this pass". (It is believed she is referring to NRO, fraudulent presidential elections, PCO, emergency or Jamia Hafsa ruling of supreme courts, it is crime of Judges to take suo moto actions for relief of public, if all above actions are crimes then hang all judges)  
7. She wrote "Once again, I reiterate, this is about the system not one or 100 individuals "“ be they angels or devils!" (This is what we are fighting since last eight years tyrannies of fascist army generals, now she is implementing it on judges, it is matter of shame)
   
   she wrote "Whether it is important to follow a so-called "deadline" or go about the process of restoration in a manner that is legal and constitutional." (Same question peoples want to ask Isphahani that Zardari did not wait for restoration of judiciary and why he is day and night busy in implementation of un-constitutional and illegal NRO)
8. She further wrote "We want to head towards another constitutional crisis, "facilitating" the use of 58 (2) (b) again." (This is weakness of PPP that now clause 58 (2) b will ever hang on the heads of Prime minister, denial of Charter of democracy and now Bhurban accord is clear cut safety of that clause, surely PPP government will be sent home finally by this clause, as PPP is solely responsible for creating atmosphere of confrontation)
9. She issued decree that "We can already see that some regressive forces have joined the ranks of civil society, lawyers and political parties and they are actively working to destabilize this hard won democratic order." (Regressive forces are within PPP, who are sabotaging democratic process, see press statement of PPP leaders entirely negative, such as PPP says Nawaz Shariff has only 13% mandate and he want to dictate 77% mandate PPP, Sherry Rahman stated today on ARY that when alliance with PML N will break we will talkwith Ch: Shujaat group, Senator Latif Khosa, Babar Awan and many other PPP leaders are regressive forces including Zardari limited)
10. Finally cat is out of bag and Isphani wrote "One proposal that has been the cause of the PPP-bashing with abandon is the fixing of the tenure of the chief justice of Pakistan. The tenure of the chief justice was fixed for a five-year term according to the Constitution as it stood on July 5, 1977. Gen Zia-ul-Haq, who did away with the fixed tenure. Are we today arguing that Gen Zia's tinkering with the Constitution was justified? (It is third time that PPP has come to power with same amendments in constitution, PPP never voiced against them, now when it had a chance having two third majority with the support of coalition partners, and with great support of public everything was possible, unfortunately PPP has never had non-controversial leader which may lead nation without fingering others and increasing enemies)
11. She tried to put sand in the eyes by writing "When the Charter of Democracy was signed by the two major political parties "“ the PPP and the PML-N and seconded by all the democratic forces, including the JUI, the MMA and the ANP "“ it was agreed that the need of the hour was the restoration of the 1973 Constitution. It is ironic that the PPP's position that constitutional amendments are required to restore the original balance between the executive, judiciary and the legislature is so badly misunderstood." (everybody talked about bringing constitution to Oct 1999 position, restoration of 1973 constitution means that Farah Isphani will be the first who will sit at home as women seats will be reduced, It is not correct statement that constitution will be brought back to 1973, which is not possible)
12.  Isphani has gone too far to bash all those persons who joined restoration of democracy and rule of law She bashed by writing "The drawing-room classes and civil society which have been the most visible advocates for the restoration of Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry have little idea what actually lies in our Constitution, or what exactly has been our constitutional history. What they are focused on is restoration of some individuals. If we don't strengthen the institution, it will, and can, happen again and again. (In fact Isphani and her husband are true drawing room class politicians, none on both ever came forward to agitate against massacre, genocide, target killings, missing persons, attack on mosques and barbaric aggression of security forces, it is hoped as soon as PPP government will fall, both will disappear like "Shakuit Aziz" abroad).
13. Funny finalization of her article, she wrote "We must first debate the principles that must guide us towards a more democratic and constitutional governance. If those principles can be decided, then we can talk about individuals. If we continue to manipulate principles for the sake of individuals, we won't be able to move forward as a society." (This is what peoples were saying, Zardari must abandon NRO, he must fight his cases in normal fashion, shadows of NRO will never allow democratic process to ever grow, NRO is unconstitutional against 1973 constitution, against manifesto of PPP, illegal, immoral and bribe given by fascist dictator. Let Ch: Iftikhar chief Justice of Pakistan may decide it is legal or illegal, fascist dictator and his Mush league has tactfully taken PPP into their grip, in spite of courts clean slip, Zardari will remain as murderer and Mr. 10 percent, neither Murtaza Bhutto nor families of Aalam Bloch will ever pardon Zardari).
14. She is trying to tell peoples that crow is white, for the sake of making numbers, she is telling lie to cover up Zardari, who is not master of his own words, neither he is so silly that he did not know meanings of Bhurban declaration, unanimous PM's vote and collecting herd of independent member parliament around him did not happen in innocence, She wrote "The thirty-day period according to the Bhurban Declaration was the expression of the wish of the two political parties' leaders and they have assigned their legal and political teams to work on that."

This article reflects mentality of PPP, how daring they are making fool to everyone, peoples are not hoodwink. Intentions of PPP were already expected, it was silliness of Mian Nawaz sheriff who trusted Zardari and made whole nation optimistic about politicians, if Pakistan will ever broke its main cause will be army generals and politicians. Greedy, hungry, corrupt, immoral who plays with the sentiments of peoples and in the hands of foreign powers. There are good peoples in PPP like Raza Rabbani, Makhdoom of Hala and Farhat ullah Babar who never talk non-sense, nobody knows when both will change their tone after joining Mush League (joint venture of MQM, Q league and fauji political party), Yousuf Raza Gaillani has dodged his supporters, well wishers and broke heart of many.

Farahnaz Isphani type peoples are main cause of gathering general public against PPP.
