SC, NRO and Astrology

As reported in media the court asked the learned AG  as to what could be the possible date for resuming the hearing of review petition on the NRO. The CJ first said October 12 but suddenly said, no October 12 was a bad day, hence October 13 was set the next date of hearing.

Federation should be pleased that the honourable CJP himself is mindful of the bad (ominous) day and picked up a good day for the hearing, though it is different matter that figure 13 doesn’t auger well in the West.

By the way, since when our honourable judges have started discriminating between the good and the bad days for hearing the cases. I sincerely hope that CJP’s such action will not set a precedence for the lawyers to request for the change of dates on such grounds and produce experts like Mamoon and other astrologers in the court in their defence.
