Integrity & Professional Loyalty

Indeed integrity and being loyal to your profession is what counts most!  But does it -- really?

According to media reports the young DPO of Bahawal Nagar, Shariq Kamal, known for his integrity and who had taken action against the close aides of a local strong man – MNA Lalika – who were intercepted in a drunken state at a police check post and who getting berserk had then thrashed the policemen on duty, was tacitly suggested by his higher ups to call on the MNA, who had been allegedly assured by the PM of the action against the DPO, and apologise to hush up the matter.  On the refusal by the upright professional officer he was immediately sacked and a notification has been issued surrendering him to the establishment division (Khudey Line) in Islamabad.

What integrity ?!  What loyalty to profession ?!

Hey,  what did you say, was Prince Charles served with the ticket for parking in No Parking Zone in London?!!  Come on man --- whom are you quoting?  They are men of integrity, men of character.
