Swearing In Ceremony

Because of the flubbed oath of office administered by the President to the newly inducted four ministers the other day, one wonders why the swearing in can't be done in Urdu "“ our national language. It will make things easier for the President as well as the ministers - especially ministers haling from religious parties.
