Important question for PPP leaders.

Now that the historic verdict of Supreme Court has been announced, the People Party’s stalwarts are complaining about those who are asking for reopening of Swiss Cases against Mr. Asif Ali Zardari. They argue that cases against him cannot be discussed in the court as, being the President of Pakistan; he is protected under Article 248.  Don’t they realise that the case was already discussed during the SC proceedings when the CJ asked NAB to provide its details and a lot of questions were asked about it? As a result, the Short Order asked the government to reopen the cases in Swiss Courts. Why the Council for the government, Kamal Azfar or Additional Attorney General did not raise objection and sought clarity of the court regarding violating the said Article?  If the legal minds of PPP thought the article was not violated then, how can the rest of the leaders of the party think otherwise now?
