According to news reports, Asif Ali Zardari was advised to tag 'Bhutto' to the name of Belawal at the time of his birth on September 1988 to give continuity of 'Bhutto' legacy. He out-rightly rejected it saying he wanted his children grow up as Zardaris. BB accepted his stance. In a TV talk show hosted by Dr Shahid Masood; an apparent difference emerged between Zaid Hamid and Dr Farzana Bari on Iqbal when the former spoke of him as Wali without using the actual term, and the latter as Philosopher without using the actual word.
