'AG says SC cannot direct him to write Swiss letter' meaning by that neither the Supreme Court of Pakistan nor the Government of Pakistan can command him to write a letter to Swiss authorities in connection with the money deposited by President Asif Ali Zardari there and if so then my only question is as to who is boss if any? leaving apart the graft case aside, I am just posing the simplest quest
