Similarly, the candidate will be responsible to Supervise to the Contracts Coordinator and provide guidelines about how to develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for maintenance contracts. Also, will Coordinate and manage all activities related to administration of Maintenance Contracts including developing of tools for processing progress payments to contractors using SAP. |

Responsible for securing safe operation, reliability and availability of all electrical distribution system equipment into the refinery. Act as a custodian of all electrical substations and lead all operations at 230Kv voltage levels. Establish a role of the primary contact for S.E.C., the electrical power provider to manage uninterrupted supply to the Refinery. Responsible for leading the proper use of ECS and maximizing the use of capabilities of the system. |
