Iqbal Hadi Zaidi, former Business and Manpower Adviser, Pakistan Embassy, Kuwait called on His Excellency Mustafa Jassim Al Shamali, Deputy Prime Minister cum Finance Minister on Thursday 16th February, 2012 in his office to heartily congratulate him not only on his re-induction as Minister but elevation as Deputy Prime Minister. Years back H. E. Al Shamali was appointed as Finance Minister and since then 4 times cabinets have been dissolved and reshuffled. Many ministers had been appointed and removed in the process but he has always been taken back as Finance Minister. In the last cabinet he was both Finance Minister and Health Minister. However in the new government formed this week he has been elevated as Deputy Prime Minister as well in addition to Finance Minister.
