Prefix & suffix earned at one time-Guinness World Record
This is my imagination nor any airy fairy story as most of you may think alike rather this is very much documented and that too at the level of President of Pakistan in any case so anybody who does not believe me may attract some wrath not only from our honorable Interior Minister alone but from President House as well so be very cautious and careful unless you are your own enemy.
President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has decorated many people both Pakistanis and foreigners on 23rd March 2012 including our Interior Minister Senator Dr A. Rehman Malik who has been conferred upon Nishan e Imtiaz which is the highest civil award of Pakistan. The list issued by President Office showed his name prefixed with Dr which was never seen before like that and ever since he has been decorated with Nishan 
e Imtiaz he can legally write NI as suffix to his name.
Normally one gets Dr title at university convocation which I am aware of and none can differ or dispute with me on the point but here the list of awardees shows him as Dr which is not only very much strange but beyond comprehension as well. Undisputedly  the minister has been officially decorated by President with Nishan e Imatiaz medal at the ceremony held on 23rd March at President House so one should not have any confusion, doubt and or objection for his to earn prefix and suffix at the same time which is very much unprecedented  so far as my knowledge is concerned  and you must prove me wrong otherwise automatically he will be found in Guinness World Records Book 2013. As the good luck had it, honorable minister has not denied it either so far as my knowledge is concerned.
Didn’t I prove that our Interior Minister is now Dr A Rehman Malik NI?
