Why President and PM ignored car driven on water?

On 30^th July in Capital Talk we saw that our Engineer Waqar Ahmad has invented a new technology whereby he used water instead of petrol to drive a car which is such a remarkable achievement that world top class scientists and brain must be shuddering in their trousers as to how they could not do it what Waqar has done.  Inventor Waqar has met Mir Changez Khan Jamali, Minister for Science and Technology and explained to him about his achievement whereas Dr Asim Hussain, Advisor to PM on Petroleum has very much appreciated what Waqar has invented.

Am I wrong to say that by such invention Waqar has rightly earned a place in Guinness Book of World Records and I am sure he will be listed in its next issue of year 2013? However, I very regretfully pen that three days have already passed and our genius Waqar has been totally ignored by both our President Asif Ali Zardari and PM Raja Pervez Ashraf.

What could be the prudence or rationale to ignore Engineer Waqar Ahmad, I dare ask? Does he need to join PPP to earn official recognition? Who answers me and I am blind and clueless?
