Who is the boss of AG?
This has reference to the news flashed today (Tue 6th Nov 2012) under the caption reading as
'AG says SC cannot direct him to write Swiss letter' meaning by that neither the Supreme Court of Pakistan nor the Government of Pakistan can command him to write a letter to Swiss authorities in connection with the money deposited by President Asif Ali Zardari there and if so then my only question is as to who is boss if any? leaving apart the graft case aside, I am just posing the simplest question as to whom does our AG report to if at all there is one? He has been found to be quite discourteous to SC and many times he has been reminded by SC to mend his ways but hardly he has improved upon since then and now it is very blunt and blatant move from him saying it so publicly.
Who will put a sling around his neck, when and where? What I am afraid of is that if he is not cut to the size as has been case for quite some months in any case I have a feeling that some others will also follow the suit and then he will not be the only person working as his own boss rather there will be many whereby will of the government is at stake which must be avoided under all circumstances whatsoever.
