Yeh surkh lahoo ka angan hay 
Yahan baat nahin hay phoolon ke
Bedagh thay jo kirdar sabhe
Woh khak ke chadar orhay hain
Bebak hain saray andharay
Aur tareek hain yahan alfaz sabhe
Behisi ka alam hadd e nazar
Aur tafreeq main hain ashkhas sabhe
Aae rab e karim tu rehmat ker
Aflas k maray logon per
Is qaum ko raat kay sajday day
In main say bhe koi Iqbal to ho.
