Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) Plan C kicks into action in Karachi, aimed at forcing
an inquiry into alleged rigging in the May 2013 general election.
The Sindh government has said it will not allow a strike, stating earlier that
government machinery would swing into action if anyone attempts to shut the
city down by force.
PTI's earlier shutdown in Faisalabad saw one PTI activist killed during violent
clashes with Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) supporters and police.
We have shown that we can peacefully shut down the city :

Imran had threatened
to lock down Karachi which he did lock and can be watched all over the world.
Who triumphed today in Karachi-Imran Khan or PM Nawaz? Who earned laurels today
Fri 12th December, 2014 in Karachi? Had sky split apart if Imran’s initial
demand floated year before to re-count votes in 4 NA constituencies been agreed
upon by PM Nawaz? Isn’t it constitutional right to ask for re-counting of
votes? Had votes not been counted in Pakistan and other countries? Who answers
me from Pakistan think tank? Iqbal Hadi Zaidi
