One hears a lot these days PM IK and his team saying that no NRO shall be given to Sharifs, Zardari and others who have plundered and looted the national wealth and stashed it away.

I thought  NRO is (was) a National Reconciliation Ordinance, (though it was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on December 16, 2009) and should, therefore, be applicable to the NATIONAL issues only   Why on earth it is being talked about to be applied to the individuals and that too convicts and accused of the highest order of astronomically mega corruption cases pending against them in various courts of Pakistan?  Even if they reimburse the last penny looted by them who has the moral authority in this country, by any standards of legal ethics, to exonerate them of the high offences of corruption, loot and plunder committed by them?

Can it be called Insaf & Adal as ordained in Islam?
