One of the stalwarts of the original PPP (not PPPP) Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Khar has now openly accused Mr. Zardari of a criminal offense. Mr. Khar has declared that the will presented by Mr. Zardariis a fake. This lethal accusation pregnant with conspiracies is an explosive charge with several subplots.
 The Plot thickens: The Khar imputation accuses Mr. Zardai of manipulating a coup de etat within the PPPP and taking over the party machinery to drum out Makhdoom Amin Fahimand appointing a sycophantic Prime Minister. Mr. Makhdoom Amin Fahim had made a similar charge a few weeks agao. In taking over the reins of the government of Pakistan (and making the constitutional head irrelevant) the unelected Mr. Zardari has transferred the decision making center out of Islamabad to Raiwind, Larkana, Dubai and London. It does not take a UN team of paid foreign experts with vested interests to figure out who is the beneficiary of the murder of Benazir Bhutto. It doesn't take an Einstein to see the results of the assassination. The IQ of the average Pakistani is much higher than the professional orators that come and strut their wares on the television shows on a daily basis. Every street vendor in Liaqat Bagh knows the answer. Anyone with half a brain can see the post-assassinationfacts on the ground. The high powered think tanks may try to obfuscate the plain truth but the facts speak for themselves. It is very simple to observe the astronomical rise in power of a convicted and illiterate con-man who had been banished from Pakistani politics, ostracized from Pakistan and awaited jail sentences in Switzerland etc.

We have always maintained that the motive of the murder remains the most important criteria for discovering the reasons for the murder.
Why is the obsequious press too servile to definitely finger the culprit?
 The party that supports these people in the National Assembly are just as guilty of the murder of Benazir thatn the actual person(s) who pulled the trigger.

The National Assembly and the Senate is impotent becuase the major strategic decisions are madein Washington"“with low level officials from the State Department making tall statements about Pakistan. Why does Mr. Sharif fly to Dubai and London to meet Mr. Zardari. The elected parliamentarians should discuss the decisions in an open manner in the National Assembly in Islamabad.
The servile National Assembly is even more hapless and no major legislation has been passed in the past 100 days. The much discussed Hadood Ordinance is still in place as is the obsolete and archaic British created judicial system bursting at the seams. Not a single penny (or paisa) was allocated for the development of an additional 1000 small claim courts and 100 new High Courts. The government stuck in molasses moving at the speed of a snail has hoodwinked the population into a frenzy against the army but has been unable to discuss any issues in parliament and come up with consensus resolutions.
The beneficiaries of the murder of Ms. Bhutto have come to power to live in Dubai and visit London on a weekly basis. In a previous week the entire government was overseas. The Prime Minister was in South East Asia, Mr. Zardariwas in Dubai as usual and even the speaker of the house was traveling outside Pakistan.
Benazir's will was fake: PPP leader
Lahore, July 18: The will of former Pakistan premier Benazir Bhutto placed before the world by PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardariafter her death (on December 27 last year) nominating him and his son Bilawal as the successors of the party was fake and prepared after Benazir death, said veteran PPP leader and former Punjab Governor Malik Ghulam Mustafa Khar.He said that Zardari was not the successor of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
The PPP was a party of common man, but those surrounding Zardari were the followers of Gen Ziaul Haq, he said and added that those currently at the helm of affairs of the PPP leadership were brought up and trained by Gen Zia-ul Haq.
Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was also a minister in the cabinet of the military dictator who hanged ZA Bhutto, The News quoted him as saying at Aiwan-e-Adal.
He said the real rulers were those who didn't have any bank accounts in foreign countries. He said he had remained a disciple of Benazir Bhutto and said he could pull the country out of the present day crises if given a chance to run state affairs for mere three months. "I should be beheaded if I fail to improve things," he added.
Khar said the Gilani and PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif should restore judiciary without wasting any time, and the Pakistan Army must not interfere in restoration of judiciary.
He said that Benazir Bhutto was striking a deal with Musharraf and she was murdered because of that deal. The PPPanddemocracy were assassinated along with Benazir Bhutto, he added.
He said he had informed Benazir that she could only be intimidated in Sindh, but could be murdered in Punjab also. He said the present government could not deliver any thing for in 90 days and would remain a failure even in 90 years.
