The Russian analysts reveal that actually Putin pointed out the increasing interference of western intelligence agencies and CIA in Russia again.

Though in eighties CIA was having close ties with ISI to celebrate success against Russia but in fact she never considered ISI as her trust worthy partner. The reason was quite obvious that Pakistan Armed Forces and Inter services Intelligence never compromised on their national interest and later nor tried to work as an instrument
of CIA like RAW and Mossad. The period of eighties reveals that extremists groups in Afghanistan were promoted and launched against USSR invasion in the name of Islam. They were supported financially and armed by Washington to expel the Russian from the region. I do acknowledge here that Pakistan has also operated against Russian
Invasion because of its geographical compulsions. US let the Taliban to take over Afghanistan and invited even mujahideens leaders in White House and her president declared them as real heroes of Afghan War. In early nineties Washington pulled her hand out completely from Afghan Issue and diverted her attentions to launch second phase i.e. targeting Iraq and Iran, containing China and creating instability in
South Asia through neutralizing nuclear programme of lonely Islamic Atomic Power. To achieve their goals CIA extended cooperation towards RAW, Mossad and Khad. Aftermath of 9/11, US has attacked Iraq and Afghanistan to destroy the weapons of mass destructions (WPD's) and to overthrow the Taliban regime which was earlier created by her. She also started blaming ISI for having links with Taliban to hide her
failures in Afghanistan and Iraq. Later on it was proved that CIA allegations about Iraq were totally baseless and false. It is notable here that US along with its allies (India and Israel) have earned only the hate of masses due to their wrong internal and external
policies. the British newspaper the Guardian Reported that "The Israeli defense Force (IDF) has send urban warfare specialists to Fort Bragg in North Carolina, the home of US special forces, and according to two sources , Israeli military "consultants" have also visited Iraq" .

Similarly, Israel also provided training to Indian forces to launch brutal actions against Kashmiri people. Israel Chief visited India too. Reportedly CIA, RAW and Mossad officials' number of times carried out joint meetings to enhance cooperation against ISI, KGB
and Chinese National Security Intelligence Agency. The matter of more concern here is that Indian extremists' elements will be the more dangerous in future because of their thinking of establishing "Maha Bharat ". The imaginary Hindu State almost covered one and a half continent which includes Asia and Europe. World's community should be
mindful that Hindu Extremism while using state inurnments can exercise WPD's to complete their wicked design. Indian political parties get the votes on the name of Hindu Extremism that is the reason Mumbai Episode was planned and launched by RAW to help BJP.

Most probably some RAW agent fed the information to CIA regarding potent threat of attacking Mumbai. In this way provided a stage and another chance to CIA, RAW and Mossad for targeting ISI, Pakistani Armed Forces and its nuclear programme. Americans are fully conscious of the potential and professionalism of the ISI as the Afghan Jehad against Soviet invasion of the country succeeded due to incomparable performance by the agency. They are, therefore, convinced that they can't fulfill their anti-Pakistani agenda in the presence of a fully committed institution. The tarnishing of ISI image has been started the day when this agency unveiled the CIA, RAW and Mossad plot against Pakistan and China.Probably, these foreign agencies are being full backed by their respective governments. Outgoing US political, military leadership and Intelligence authorities tried to involve ISI in their every malfunction. RAW, Mossad and Khad acted as her appliances in defaming ISI with a view to destabilize Pakistan. American and Indian administrations whenever got chance tried to demean ISI and asked newly elected political government to restructure and control ISI.

For example President George W. Bush told Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and members of his delegation during their formal meeting in August that the US believed that Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency had established deep ties with militants operating in Pakistan's tribal areas. He also asked that who the ISI's real boss
is. Similarly on President Zardari tour, American establishment again labeled ISI for helping terrorists. At both the occasions President and Prime Minster of Pakistan openly rejected the American president's point of view. It was an effort of CIA to sabotage that Pakistani Democratic Process creating ill feelings between political and military top brass.

On December 14, 2008 at New Delhi while talking to Indian Express unsuccessful presidential candidate, US Senator John Kerry said that Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) must be tightly controlled and not allowed to act independently. John Kerry seems to be having poor knowledge because ISI works under the Prime Minster not being controlled by Chief of Army Staff. Where as he should know that CIA is an independent agency, responsible to the President through the DCI, and accountable to the American people through the intelligence oversight committees of the US Congress but working of this agency is quite indifferent from that. Even a layman knows that CIA even doesn't spare her own political leadership and it is also on record that CIA itself promoted terrorism in the world because Bin Laden, Amil Kancy and many others even some of main activists operating in FATA are her products . In this context, Ramzi Yousaf who was well-aware of the activities of the American secret agencies had stated in the US court in 1997, "You are butchers, liars, and hypocrites. You keep on talking about terrorism to the media, but behind closed doors you support terrorism." His statement about the CIA activities is absolutely right by which world came to know their dealing with
prisoner of war.

CIA, RAW and Mossad collaboration is very treacherous to the world peace because their actions in the world particularly in south Asia and are dragging the world into nuclear war. RAW is providing funds to the locals and launching her trained agents in Balochistan and FATA to carry out terrorist activities. Basically Port Gawadar, energy rich Central Asian States, Pakistani , North Korean and Iranian nuclear Programme, Chinese rapid economic growth, renaissance of Russia peaceful Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and ISI are their common targets for completing their government's nefarious designs. Thus there is a need to have any eye on the most dangerous collaboration with a view to save world from its destruction. Pakistani Political leadership should display its maturity instead involving themselves in the petty issues like Judges and pulling legs of each other. On
December 21, 2008 Congress chief Sonia Gandhi while addressing an election really in Dablehr area barely 3-kms away from international border threatened Pakistan while saying that their wish for peace and friendship should not be taken as a sign of weakness . On the day same day in a news conference in New Delhi Former Indian financial Minster Yshwant Shana said that if he would have been Foreign Minster then he would have blamed ISI straight away for Mumbai Attack. Indian Foreign Minster Pranab
Mukherjee too repeatedly threatened attacking Pakistan aftermath of Mumbai Drama.

 

Indian political leadership backed by US outgoing leadership is busy in creating war phobia. According to the media Global Spy service revealed that international Intelligence community believe that India may go for surgical strikes in AJK and elsewhere in Pakistan. I want to remind my neighbour's Indian leadership that Pakistan is not only preparing its own ballistic Missiles but also has as its delivery system too. Its intelligence agencies and armed forces are high caliber, professional and disciplined among the world
Armies. Pakistani nation irrespective of political disputes will defend their motherland on all costs. It's the time now, that adversary should realize that though Pakistan is a responsible nuclear Islamic state but cannot afford traditional war and might go
for nuclear strike to thwart any imposed aggression if driven into war by India .
