Sh Rashid smoking in live TV talk-show

After giving a long speech on law and order, disrupted rules and regulations, blatant corruption, and poor governance in a TV talk show of an abrasive female comparer; he started puffing cigar in the background as if the anti smoking law his government introduced four years ago was not applicable on him. May I remind Sh Rashid that mere speech on obeying rules is not enough if he cannot apply it on himself? May I also remind the comparer of the talk show that she should have firmly asked him not smoke in her show? After all, she is known for taunting her guests.
