Retribution of God: Gen. Shuja Pasha is summoned by US courts.

International Professor

A US court has issued summons to current extension holder DG ISI Gen. Ahmad Shuja Pasha and former chief of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Gen. Nadeem Taj to appear before the courts it in January 2011. Remember both are most trusted cronies of CIA in Pakistan after Gen. Mush and Gen. Kiyani. Whether is it not retribution of God that a few weeks back entire army apologists were writing about holiness of U.S. courts when Dr. Aafia Siddiqui was sentenced? We have complete records of each and every writer and blogger who said that U.S. courts have nothing to do with patriotism and those justified eight decades long verdict against her. She was victim of the same ISI generals and their role in selling daughter of Pakistan for dollars is crystal clear.

We have no intention to write this article for mocking anyone but to remind people about admonition of the God that how almighty punishes knaves of the Ummat in this world in front of eyes of everyone and hellfire is also looking for their way. Lachrymation is not answer; we must think patiently what mistakes have made us a joke in front of global nations.  WikiLeaks told us that same Shuja Pasha was dying for protection of Israeli’s and in the same context rushed to contact MOSAD for the safety and security of those peoples who have dragged him in U.S. courts later.

Many scholars are continuously writing to inform public that of our Generals and Zardari mafia is touching to highest degree of lycanthropy in subjugation of imperialists and their heinous crimes against humanity are punishable acts. But continuous flow of dollars has made them insane and those are busy in feet licking only for the sake of dollars.

According to a BBC report two suits under the US laws were filed in a New York court by a wounded American and heirs of four US citizens slain in the Mumbai attacks. The court has also issued summons to two officers of the Pakistan Army, Major Ali and Major Iqbal in the same case. The counsel for Jewish Rabbi Gabriel Holzberg and his wife, slain in the attacks, said that summons had been issued to all the accused to appear before in the court either in person or through counsel.

According to Associated Press the plaintiffs in two US lawsuits accusing the chief of the Inter-Services Intelligence of nurturing terrorists involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks are hoping for a historic outcome recalling the Lockerbie settlement.

A lawyer for the US plaintiff, John Kreindler, said on Wednesday that they hope to win a deal like the one struck with Libya over the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. The $1.5 billion settlement announced in 2008 was seen both as a victory for the families of 180 Americans killed in the terrorist attack and as a diplomatic breakthrough with the North African nation, once a pariah.

"I think our chances are very good," he added. "We wouldn't be doing it if it was simply for show."

An ISI representative said that Pasha had received a summons but declined to discuss the case further.

The plaintiffs’ lawyer has said they would not publicly discuss the case. They include the Brooklyn father of Gavriel Holtzberg, a rabbi who was killed along with his pregnant wife at the Jewish centre, and the wife of Sandeep Jeswani, a Chicago man who was travelling on business when he was killed at a hotel.

The lawsuits, which seek unspecified damages, were filed under the Alien Tort Statute, an 18th century law that allows US citizens to sue in US courts for acts that violate international law. The law originally was enacted to prosecute pirates but has been used more recently by Holocaust survivors and relatives of people killed or tortured under despotic regimes.

In New York, lawsuits seeking billions of dollars in damages were filed by representatives, survivors and relatives of September 11 victims against foreign governments, charities, financial institutions and individuals believed to have provided support to al Qaeda. The plaintiffs claim the defendants gave money to charities to funnel it to al Qaeda. The cases are still pending but suffered a setback last year when the Supreme Court refused to allow claims against Saudi Arabia and four of its princes. The court left in place the ruling of a federal appeals court that the defendants are protected by sovereign immunity.

Whether U.S. courts would try or not but we feel that it is a matter of national prestige that current and former DG’s of our prestigious spy agency are named, there is no doubt we hate Ahmad Shuja Pasha and Nadeem Taj, we also hate all fascist generals that are working for foreign countries, but what to do with our nationalism that compels us to try again and again to side with our fellow Pakistanis. We know even Kiyani who is fast friend of CIA, and has a capacity to force withdrawal of above cases but millions of readers who have seen this news item has already ruined honour and reputation of both generals.

Whenever we tried to request our army high command that Gen. Musharraf was a coward person and Gen. Kiyani is a ditto copy of him than many apologists of Uncle Sam and liberal fascists jumped on us. We still feel that extension to generals is worst form of bribe and an enemy of professional soldiers. It is better for Kiyani, Shuja Pasha and other boy friend’s of Gen. Kiyani to go home now and give chance to other professionals. Everybody knows that why it is difficult for Kiyani and Zardari mafia to think about leaving power corridors, the single reason is fascism and protection of loot. Both are criminals and coward, and needs protection of each other.

We don’t want to scratch our label of Pakistani national but we like that all mercenaries must toss label of Pakistan from their chests or be ready for wrath of God, we strongly believe that when cruelty crosses its limits and justice is betrayed than God moves its stick to protect helpless peoples.

We also believe that all fascists would be punished by God and would also be made admonition for forthcoming generations. The Shuja Pasha and Nadeem Taj have been doing with the helpless people of Pakistan, in that context current disgrace is a minor punishment.

Ibn-e-Hallaj I have read the article again but I don't see anything in it that condemns the US courts, which have convicted Dr Afia with sub standard process.  To me the Professor appears to be confused.

The International Professor (IF) at best seems to condemn the people who are incharge in Pakistan and also those who supported the US courts' decision to order Dr Afia’s imprisonment on the basis of new and week charges and not on the basis of the charges for which she was abducted and kept in detention for years in secret.

The IF seems to be pleading the cases of the victims of the two atrocities and at the same time he has no words or time for the people of Kashmir and Palestine and against the US court’s glaring unjust decision.

I am against violence and I am also against those who support violence and those who are selective in this matter.

May God Almighty protect Pakistan and Pakistanis from its enemies.

Funny this International Professor gives the impression that he is a Pakistani and cares for Pakistan and Pakistanis but has not said a word about the hundreds of innocent Pakistani men, women and children killed by the US.  He has not either written a word about the Pakistani courts' right to issue summons for the CIA and US generals to appear before Pakistani courts over those killings.

International Professor it seems that you have not read, which is not likely, what these American courts are capable of example Dr Siddiqi’s case.  If I had faith in the US courts I be the first one to say yes the accused should appear before any court that summons them despite the fact that the US does not recognise the International Court of Justice.

International Professor you should know that  you have to appear before God one day, if you are really who you claim to be.
