Someone is a loser for sure but who?

Supreme Court of Pakistan has convicted PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani in contempt of court and hence opposition parties headed by PML (N) and Tehreek e Insaf are demanding that PM must quit since he is a convicted person which not fiction but fact whereas on the other hand PM has very categorically said that he will not quit.

Both Mian Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan have quite emphatically asserted that under the given circumstance they do not any more recognize SYRG as PM and hence he must quit but in case if he does not quit then they will resort to many options including staging long march towards Islamabad obliging SYRG to leave the office. They have also announced that come what may, they will get down SYRG in any case if not today then tomorrow while SYRG on his part has very loudly and in crystal clear terms has pronounced publicly that he is a duly and popularly elected Prime Minister of Pakistan wherein officially he has been mandated to complete rest one year as well so there is no question of leaving the premiership premature. However, SYRG has said further that he can neither be removed by Supreme Court nor by opposition and instead he maintained that our Parliament is the only legal entity to pass no confidence resolution against him and then of course he shall have to quit but there is no option to oust me. As the time is passing on, the gap between the two is widening and not narrowing up in any case.

From the above it is very clear that PM and oppositions are miles apart and there is no possibility of any reconciliation between the two for the very simple reason that now both the parties are saying something verbally but once they translate their words into actions then the scenario will be completely different. If PML (N) starts long march towards Islamabad intimidating SYRG to quit the office of Prime Minister but one way or the other the long fails in its efforts to topple SYRG then of course SYRG is the winner while PML (N) is the loser but say in the other extreme situation if SYRG does tenders resignation then automatically PML (N) is the winner whereas SYRG turns to be defeated.

Who will be winner, of course not both of them but just one and one only, you decide?
