Imran Khan triumphed again but this time in politics

At the very outset I must make it quite crystal clear that I am absolutely a neutral person with no affiliation to any political party so whatever I am going to pen will be purely my own conscious based on the facts and facts only without caring least as to who likes or who dislikes because to me in the given situation liking or disliking is immaterial and has no consequence whatsoever.

Let me just dig a bit deep about the latest political upset wherein yesterday Tuesday 19th June, 2012 none but Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani, Prime Minister of Pakistan has been declared as disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chauhdry presiding over a 3 bench announcing the historic decision has pronounced that Election Commission of Pakistan should issue a notice accordingly which in fact disqualified him later on the day to be MNA from 26th April, 2012 and therefore he is now neither MNA nor PM. Gilani lost on both counts.

On 26th April, 2012 PM was convicted and sentenced by SC for a very short period till the court is in attendance but what surprises me the most is that how and why 30 seconds punishment was not taken as punishment whereas punishment is always punishment irrespective of time period involved therein. As a matter of fact PM should have gone off the hook the moment he was punished by the Supreme Court but he never took it so seriously and instead always vehemently maintained that he is an elected PM backed by millions Pakistanis so there is no question of my removal. Speaker of National Assembly Dr Fehmida while reviewing contempt of court decision announced that Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani is not disqualified as MNA and therefore he will continue as PM and this gave additional strength to Gillani who then quoting her decision said in interview in Capital Talk that now the subject is over and those who are asking for my resignation are wasting their time. PM went further ahead in the same interview saying that it is like running after a black cat in a dark alley. This proves in quite crystal clear terms that Gillani was adamant to continue as PM till March 2013.

Imran Khan announced in a public gathering that his party PTI will approach Supreme Court challenging the decision of Dr Fehimda and this gave it a complete new turn and twist to the fate of Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani. Mian Nawaz Sharif when heard that Imarn is going to reach SC about it so he felt too awkward and hence he also announced to follow Imran therefore PTI and PML (N) both filed an appeal in SC to nullify the judgment of the Speaker of National Assembly.  Had Imran not initiated such move Gillani would not have been removed alike?

Didn’t Imran triumph and sent back Gillani back to pavilion? Who opposes me, how and why, I dare ask?
