President of Pakistan Asis Ali Zardari on 23^rd March, 2012 has conferred many wards on many personalities which include both men and women which are quite in line as has been each year by his predecessors also so from that point of view I appreciate and not depreciate the activity.

However, I have two reservations if not questions, about the same but before one reads it I want him and her not to please paint my remarks otherwise rather on the contra those should be read in the truest spirit as I am not at all from any set of imagination initiating any conflict or bitterness whatsoever rather on the contra as true loyal citizen of Islamic Republic of Pakistan I am writing what I should have written in any case.

Our Interior Minister’s name is prefixed as Dr which I did not see it before but here in the list if awardees he is mentioned as Dr though he can be alike anybody else but my simple question is as to when did he qualify as doctor and in which field and discipline unless it is a writing mistake. When I visited official web site if Senate of Pakistan where he is listed as a Senator I was more shocked and less surprised to see that there his name in not prefixed with Dr which again demands thorough investigation at least if no prosecution. The webmaster be not only penalized but terminated from employment straight away and be asked to pay heavy monetary compensation to the honorable minister cum senator for not writing Dr with his name at the official web site. Prefix of Dr is used with the name of other senators so how and why he has been ignored and on whose authority.

Say for example if he is not a Dr and yet his name is prefixed as Dr amongst those who have been honored by President Asif on 23^rd then this person who used Dr be penalized accordingly.  One of the two is right and the other one is wrong as neither both are right nor both are wrong.
