Artifacts are real or fake
This is very mind boggling question whether the huge quantities so many statues could be real or fake? I have my doubts if someone could invest so huge time and money to make fake statues.
If these are real then the question is as to how none could notice them being removed from our ancient archeological sites because some of them are real huge size which human hands cannot handle without some lifting machineries. Digging and removal from their sites is a long and continual activity wherein not just one or two or even five people could accomplish it rather it needs considerable time, efforts and money to get the job done. How none questioned as to why these statues are being removed from the sites. Moreover, the archeological sites are not in heart of Karachi or Lahore or Islamabad for that matter rather those are in Moenjodaro, Harappa and Taxila etc meaning by that transportation of the artifacts in question can very well be noticed by so many people but very much surprisingly none noticed it except the other day.
Our archeologists and people from museums should come up with clear cut answer ascertaining if these are real or fake so that necessary punitive actions can be taken against those who are found to be involved in different stages right from digging at sites to storage in Karachi and then finally transporting the same when those were detected. To me it looks to be very well coordinated activity of so many individuals and organizations as it needs an elaborate logistics hence it is not that difficult to round up all those who are involved in the shadowy business.
