1. All candidates displaying banners, boards, posters,flags hence all advertisement material MUST display a certifiable receipt of local town advertisement tax which should be time bound. Any such material found after the date, should incur  a daily penalty till removed by candidate.

2. All candidates re-elected from previous assembly to submit an NOC from all concerned government departments that they have cleared all their utility bills and other dues of previous tenure including any official assets that they may have removed from properties under their use such as fans, bulbs, furniture, generators, etc.

3. If there is an incident in a constituency in which any candidate or their supporter dies or is physically injured or is kidnapped, no bye election will be held in that constituency, till culprits have been caught and tried in a court of law.

4. Candidates providing transport for bringing voters to polling station will have to announce on loudspeaker outside the polling station that voters are under no obligation to vote for a specific candidate.
