This year the Saudi government has rejected only TWO  (2) Hajj applications. 

The first application was of The President of Pakistan Zardari which was rejected to avoid confusion at Jamraat as to which devil should be stoned. 
The second application was of Altaf Bhai because Islam does not permit telephonic Hajj.
