F O R T U N A T E

Fail may heart if not palpitates describing fortunate

Oblong I will turn for sure if not pale but it is my fate

Risked I my life earlier also while composing I state

Truth is I try turn my fate alike no question of debate

Umpteen efforts I have made through poetry to date

Now as invitee to Royal Wedding you are fortunate

All those who wished but denied are so lightweight

Twinkling stars are invited born with a silver plate

East to west north to south invited only equivalent

Invitees were added & deleted prior issuing decree

Now all those invited are busy with shopping spree

Validated is their status on 29 Apr entering marquee

Thundering clouds salute Prince William with a plea

Extend he must love to Kate turning wife from fiancé

Expects Zaidi poem is remembered by all addressee
